We have a meeting each morning at work for c. 70 people in one big conference room. People would trickle in after it started and each person would slam the door shut one after the other, disrupting things to no end. Solution? I took it off the hinges. Problem solved, but it was fun to see the phantom limb syndrome go on for weeks as they all franticly looked for a door to slam shut!
