I would probably go with inland waterway shipyard. Does any one have better suggestions or comments?

The Binnenschiffswerft builds ships that are not used on the open seas, but only on rivers and lakes.

Now I'm aware aware of that. But I need the correct English translation for the German Binnenschiffswerft.

Pretty much my guess, but I can't find a reliable source for it...
