Hello Toytowners!

I'm from Nepal, new in Berlin

Hi,
Unlike in universities, there is no ragging here for newcomers. Thanks god unsure.gif

I am a newcomer in Berlin. My story goes like-I was running a humble ad agency(with my cousin) in Kathmandu, Nepal and giving Himalayan Yoga lessons. Then my girlfriend(German) came over to Nepal. And rest, as they say back home, is ridiculous.I handed over my company and profession and landed straight in Berlin.

So here I am as a normal newcomer, hunting for jobs, networking for friends and in the process getting amazed and perplexed.

So I am looking forward to mingle with creative like-minders in and outside Toy-town's virtual reality.

Thank you all for keeping English alive in Berlin!!

Cheers
Deep

Hey Floater,

I can totally relate to giving up a lot to and jumping into Berlin head first, I moved here with my partner late last year. I'm from Australia originally. If you feel like catching up sometime, feel free to send me a message.

Cheers,

Toby

Thanks everyone for a warm response.

POS and BoBke, great to hear some Nepalese words. It reminds me of Thamel back in KTM:heheh.
German stole my Spanish too.Sometimes people bump into me in Berlin and start conversing in Spanish. After hardly mustering up couple of sentences, I turn blue.Damn !

And, Thanks for the offer Toby.Very Generous.

Take care Guys
