Will we ever see blue sky again?

I hate this weather which we seem to be constantly having. So grey and miserable. We always said we would never live in Northern France or Belgium as we couldn't deal with their boring clouds but it seems to be just as bad here!!! Don't mind how cold it is as long as I can see an expanse of blue!

I am off to buy a SAD lamp!!!

I've been here >5 years, and i must say that this has been the worst "winter" ever.

Give me cold/frost/snow, but not all this mucking about in the 40s.

Wake up at 06:00 and it looks like 03:00. Sleep in 'til 08:00 and it still looks like 03:00.

This is not normal.

Still I am no longer SAD today - however I know it won't last!!!

Well no I live 50kms East out of Frankfurt although travel in each day, so maybe therefore it has been brighter there than I think. All I can say is that over here it is has been (apart from odd days like today) truly depressing for the majority of the Winter months.

that's why you go on vacation during those month... at least for a little while. i hope the past two weeks i spend in brazil will get me through until summer or at least spring

Might be sunny today, but it is still cold!!! Can't wait for spring, want to get back out on my bike.

It could be much worse. I spent 5 years in Connecticut. Imagine waking up to 2ft of snow! I'll take grey skies over snow anyday. Plus, spring in Germany is beautiful!
