Anyway, this seems to be being used as a play-on-words by the German Pirate Party (!) http://www.piratenpartei.de/ - "Klarmachen zum Ändern" and this phrase can be seen all over the streets of Wiesbaden and presumably in other towns in Hessen as well.
Would the phrase 'Klarmachen zum Enten' make sense?

"Klarmachen zum Entern" means prepare to *board* rather than to recieve boarders, which is why the play on words by the "Pirate Party" works - "Prepare for Change"
"Prepare to feathered aquatic birds" makes as much sense as it does in english.
