Does anyone know what Unzuverlessigkeit or föllig mean? Can't find a translation for them anywhwere. Thanks

The correct spellings are "Unzuverlässigkeit" and "völlig"

It basically means you can't count on that person for anything.

unreliable would be a better translation

Unzuverlässigkeit is a noun ... unzuverlässig the corresponding adjective
