Grrr. I have been looking forward to this evening for weeks now. I was so exhausted after work today that I fell into bed and didn´t get up until just now. Hope you all are having fun. :-(
You should go down Ruthie. It should just be warming up.

yeah, change of shift. Sorry to poop, but I have to get up really early tomorro. It'll leave some room for the latecomers anyway.
Even if I did leave early, I'm still pleased I made it; had a good time and good food and drinks. Nice to meet a few new people and catch up woth some others I hadn't see in a while.
Thanks very much for organising, eurobabs, and best wishes to Miluska and woolleym for your stay-at-home evenings soon!

Well, managed to come home at 11. It's a few minutes past now. I shall survive with 6 hours of sleep.
Was a good night out, it's a shame I couldn't stay longer. I enjoyed it a lot more than what I would have expected

Oh well, tomorrow it's skiing, so better get into bed now.

Thanks for coming out everyone. Was indeed a nice evening to see old faces and meet new ones.
The food was good and service was a bit above German average, but I thought prices were way way too high.
Will have to seriously rethink having another one.
Hope no one got stuck with anything extra at the end. If you did, please post.

Thanks Babs for the organisation. Twas a great evening, but I have to agree about the prices - the bill came as something of a shock.
Still, given a bit of time to recover, I dare say I'll be up for another one in a while.

I found the atmosphere and company great, the waitress was really sweet, bringing not only water but tidbits (after asking) for my dog. I have never really enjoyed the food there, though, and last night was no exception.

It was a nice night (when I finally got there

) though I must admit I have never felt the urge to actually eat a meal there. German-Mexican food has always had the stigma in my mind of German-Chinese food.

As usual, great organization eurobabs!!! Thanks very much. Nice service and good food. It was nice to meet the old ones and also some new faces.
Already looking for the next dinner

Thanks very much for organising, eurobabs. My food was quite good, as Mexican in Germany goes. Most of the cocktails I tried were average to barely drinkable in my opinion, but their Vanilla Smile was unexpectedly gorgeous. Service was a bit slow sometimes but very friendly - at a point where she was rushed off her feet, she actually stopped to give me a detailed explanation about why the drink I wanted wasn't in happy hour and recommend something else, which I found particularly impressive by
Leopoldstr. standards. The company really made the night for me though.

Yep, the cocktails were not impressive. I can't believe how many I had to drink before they started tasting good.

Thanks for organising Babs! My food was actually very nice (vegetarian) and the cocktails too...so no complaints. The waitress was very friendly (unusually so, as has already been pointed out) and coped well I thought, considering the large number of people.

Food (quesada grande) was OK but nothing special, drinks were nice, service was excellent - quick and incredibly friendly, and the company was great. Thanks for making it happen, Eurobabs!

Yep, thanks to Eurobabs for the organisation! The food and service were pretty good (though I think we got lucky with our waittress), my Texas Chicken Asado, was yummy!
@ruapehu - thanks for the best wishes, I'm sure we'll not become total hermits - the smoking ban should make it much easier to come out with the little one (even if only for a little bit!)
