Hi everyone, I'd love to come too! From what I can gather new-comers are welcome, but I simply cannot figure out when and where you are meeting. I just moved to München from Toronto and I'd really like to meet some new people!

Go to he muenchner freiheit ubahn stop, go out towards the buses. See where karstadt is? Walk down the road between karstadt and the bank. Go past starbuck, maccas and then on the right somewhere is peaches

My Friend Inferno and I tried to meet up with ya'll at peaches but were a little late and must have missed everyone. As our German leaves something to be desired we would really like to meet some like-minded like-speaking people. Please let us know when the next meetup might be. We've both read this site for a while now and since we're in Munich for a while now we look forward to meeting some of the people we've seen on the boards.

yea, didnt know how to find the american group in the place (aka didnt wanna go up to random tables asking)...tried asking bartenders with no luck...maybe some of us can meet up before hand next time for dinner or somethin and get things rollin...hope to hear from yall soon let me know

wow how did you miss us? The group took up almost one side of the bar, and the foosball table Not the mentions the millions of bright orange bucket zombies around us. Were there until about 2am!

well the way you make it sound, I don't know how we missed the group. However we couldn't hear what anyone was saying and like Inferno said we asked the bartnders and they said there were no large groups of english speakers there. Chaulk it up to be being new here and we'll see about next time.

So i really wanted to do the quiz tonight...but i have to work till 8... Not happy. oh well. I don't have to babysit at all this week other than today, so i guess i can live with it. We clearly need to have a get together soon though. Movie night anyone?

Yeah, that was certainly a great night to come back to!!! It made me realise just how much I've missed Munich these past couple of weeks, really glad I got back in time!
