Sports bars showing American football near Essen

Hi everyone,

I just moved to Germany last week (Frankfurt), and I'll be spending next weekend in Muehlheim a. d. Ruhr. I'm a big football fan and I'd really like to watch the Patriots game next week. The only problem: it starts at 2 AM over here! (8 PM EST). Does anyone know a sportsbar near Essen/Muehlheim that's showing the game and open until 6 AM? Are there any other football fans willing to stay up that late with me? For full disclosure, I'm a Patriots fan

I'm interested but not sure if I'll be in the Essen area next Saturday. I'm spending most of my time in Zürich at the moment. Supporting the Patriots, you can't be all bad

I'll see if I can find anywhere open and showing the game.

Too bad you won't make it, though thanks for the message.

If you can think of any bars, let me know! I'll probably be spending Saturday afternoon using the Gelbe Seiten and calling every sports bar in the Essen area :-)
