Monthly costs for electricity and hot/cold water

In my rent contract the nominal usage of water and electricity for a month is mentioned and if it exceeds that then the extra cost for it is mentioned

What is average consumption of cold water and warm water and electricity for an individual?
since i come from a place where water is free of cost i dont have an idea what could be my monthly consumption.

for me he has mentioned
warm water = 1.5cbm per month
cold water = 1cbm per month
electricity = 100kWh per month

so at the end of the year they would calculate for the number of months and if it exceeds then the extra cost would be as follows:

cold water + abwasser = 4.70 euro/cbm
warm water + abwasser = 6.07 euro/cbm
electricity = 0.20 euro/kWh

does any one know if the cost of water and electricity are correct?
where can i find the cost mentioned by goverment for cold/warm water and electricity?

and also do you think the figures mentioned for per month are fine for an average user or it is less or more ???

Thesse prices sound reasonable to me.

Prices for electricity, water and gas vary from town to town in Germany, e.g. for Munich:
electricity: 0.1786 €/kWh
cold water: 3 €/cbm (which is one of the lowest prices in Germany)
warm water: varies from 5€/cbm (if heated with oil) to 9€/cbm (if heated with electricity)

An average single household consumes about 1.600 kWh electricity per year, and about 50 cbm water in total (hot+cold).

For Bamberg:
electricity: 0.1955 €/kWh + 100,39€ per year basic fee for each counter (see http://www.verivox.de/power/tariffs.asp?ID=187559&plz=)
