So where are the best spots in DE to celebrate NYE that are:
A. Not overcrowded.
B. Does not cost the proverbial "arm & a leg".
C. May possibly contain fellow TT'ers to ring in the New Year with?
I had thought about Paris again, but after seeing a fellow reveler take a bottle rocket to the knee-cap I'd prefer something a bit less...dangerous!
