Short-term apartment rental during Oktoberfest

Hi People!

Have a couple of friends coming over for the "Non-Smoking tents" OKTOBERFEST 2008. Are there possibilites in Munich to rent apartments for a period of say, 1 week during the fest? (would be great if I could get hold of some contacts on that one)
