Visiting Dresden from Munich where we are regular visitors at the Therme Erding - does Dresden have anything similar, ie a large sauna & spa complex with swimming and relaxation areas where the entire place is FKK ?

Geibeltbad in Pirna has indoor and outdoor swimming and a large sauna complex. However only the sauna complex is FKK. The swimming area can be full of kids but the sauna area is much better.
