you could try Vidal Sassoon at Odeonsplatz, they used to hire Native English speakers a lot.

Just looked in the mirror and wanted you to share some positive feedback. You really gave me a good cut on my untamed birds nest of hair - one always knows when it is a GOOD cut because as it grows it seems to grow into itself, not just raggy and shaggy. And believe me I have had enough of raggy n shaggy... so anyway a big thank you and hope you are still around for my next cut!
