Hi All,
I have another question for you. I am looking for second hand shops or "thrift stores" as we would call them. I can find any number of second hand clothing stores, but I want the type of store that sells everything from furniture to kitchenware. Does anyone know of any in Essen or even Bochum? I looking for something similar to Goodwill or Salvation Army stores. I have tried Diakone but the ones I have been in don't seem to have much.

Blessings,
Jeanne

I think you're right with the name, I used to love wandering around in there they used to have some really good gear and were open to silly offers. They seem to have got a bit more professional now.
