I've bought an used television from my friend. But when i want to connect the tv to my dvd player, I couldn't find the port to plug the cable...
My other friend have same problem. Is there a thing that i should buy to connect it???

Some older tv's dont have anything but a arial or cable connection. That said, you might want to check and see if your tv has a scart type connector, which is some crazy french idea.

I assume you have a dvd player with rca out cables? If yes and your tv has scart you can get an adapter at Saturn or your favorite electronics store.

Seems to me you need a SCART to RCA adapter. In Europe that's called a SCART to Phono. There are multiple types - SCART-out, SCART-in, SCART-switchable or SCART-bidirectional. You can use any EXCEPT SCART-out

Note that if your DVD player ONLY has RCA A/V outputs then it's likely it's a US device with NTSC video output format. Some DVD players, even from the US can be changed (in the setup menu) to provide the PAL output that most SCART-based European TVs will require. If your DVD Player cannot output PAL video then the adapter probably won't help (although some better, newer TVs might also be switchable to accept NTSC )
