Language settings on Vodafone voicemail

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the spoken commands into English (as is the case with Vodafone in Spain)?

Or the command to turn voicemail off altogether?

With vodaphone I went to one of the places that sold them. They will call the provider and ask that voicemail be switched to English for you. They could probably ask them to turn off voicemail also.

Vodafone don't provide an English mailbox. You can't literally turn the mailbox off - you simply use your phone settings to prevent diversion to the mailbox when you're busy/don't answer/phone is off, etc.
