Hi Again,

Does anyone know of any cancer sufferers support group or groups here in Munich?

Its never a good time to be diagnosed with this awfull condition, but I suppose the sooner the better for treatment..

Hope someone can help..

Big thanks in advance.

Pehaps we can start our own ...

I've lost two family members to the deadly illness ... and am willing to listen and
share my experiences.

Sorry to hear that Grinner. Having my own health problems at the moment, it's always a shock when something comes along to remind you of your mortality. See below for some possibilities on support groups, but would also recommend getting along to some of the TT or other social occasions, it will get your mind off things.

Had a quick poke around on the internet:

"Krebs, wo finde ich in München Informationen und Hilfe"
http://www.krebsinfo.de/ki/empfehlung/supp...ussain-Tari.pdf

http://www.bayerische-krebsgesellschaft.de/

All in German unfortunately. Have a look in Munich Found, there may be something in there.

Sorry to hear the bad news, Grinner.

I'm afraid I can't offer any help with regard to support groups, but you might like to know that cranberry juice is supposed to contain cancer-fighting properties.

Get drinking the stuff - it might taste like crap, but if it helps...

Hi,

Its not me with the problem fortunately, but its a real close good buddy.

I will take him this shit to drink. ;o)

Just dug this one up.

Does anyone know if there are any English speaking cancer support groups in Munich now?

I appreciate your help. I know someone who is interested in starting one but wants to know what is out there first.

Thanks!
