Office Christmas party venues in Munich

Okay, maybe I am jumping the gun a little but I was wondering if anyone has any good tips for a great Christmas party venue, in or close to the center of Munich.

Every year my company ends up going safe and just picking some run of the mill restaurant.

Thought about the Witzigmann Palazzo but that seems to be a little over our budget. So has anyone been anywhere for a really good Christmas party?

It should be for around 12 to 15 people I guess.

we had ours last year in Nektar in Haidhausen. That was cool. Not really traditional though...

what are your colleagues like, what nationaliy, can they all speak german, and what is your budget?

We are looking for a Christmas Party venue for the company I work for. Date will be December 4th and we need space for 150-200 people.

My band will be performing for the first time and, therefore, wherever we go it must have a live music licence.

Any suggestions?

Crawlie, try Wirthaus in der Au for your company do. They certainly can seat all of you and they occasionally have live music, at least on Sundays.

We're planning our office party for Christmas.. Anyone suggestions for a nice place to go? We're a mixed bunch of managers, engineers, secretaries, geriatrics and latenight party people.. So suggestions about where to go later for the after party would also be appreciated...
