Fixing a cracked cell phone screen

Is this possible, and if so, where?

SO, I'm 6 months into a new cell phone contract, it's a Sony Ericsson k750i. Yesterday it was in my coat pocket and I sat down, heard a crunch. The glass over the actual screen is cracked. The phone still works fine, but the phone is also my daily camera for work and also I like to play games on it...and it's got a big ol' crack down the center now.

Is it possible to have someone just replace the glass? If so...where?

My daughter has a Nokia 7373 and the screen cracked 6 months into the contract. Telekom directed us to Nokia who offered us a replacement for 149 Euros. (we only paid 5 euros for it with a 2 year contract!!) Husband got a replacement screen for 5 pounds on ebay. There's lots of little mobile phone dealers on there selling this type of thing.

You may also be able to get it replaced/fixed under your homeowners insurance

Not sure if this info is still useful but if its just a cracked external glass then you can just buy replacement covers for the phone for less than €10. On the other hand if the LCD also got cracked then its going to be expensive.
