I wanted to get some general opinions on the
8 Seasons Club. Is it worth going?

Its OK. Depends what you want...
The music is commercial dance (think Justin T. Rock Your Body) . The people can be a bit up themselves esp at the weekends. Lots of very pretty people that appear a little "cold". Layout is nice with a large openair roofterrace (with heaters) and soft seating. Selective door policy- again esp on weekends.
So- dont go there at weekends but Weds/Thurs would be better.
Having said that P1 is still far better at doing the primo club thing.

Music's the usual standard munich commercial house and r n'b..
Venue is nice and swanky.
The clientelle comprises of attractive women and shortarse arrogant rich mummys boys in need of a good kicking...
Not too bad but wouldn't go too out of the way to go there. Only been the once though so couldn't give a rounded impression...

I went once with work, and was disappointed. The venue is very nice with their outdoor terrace (only nice in summer..) amongst the rooftops. The people working there were friendly. However, the clientele were people who go to P1 and Pacha (if that's your thing...)... but the atmosphere wasn't at all anything special. Was like lots of rich people invading your local pub. The music wasn't my thing either, but I'm special

I thought at least mit might be exciting to people watch, all tall beautiful rich people, but all that was there were ppl trying to be important. Spoke to a journalist from the Sueddeutsche. *shrugs*

8 Season is great! No entry fee, set yourself on the guest list and you automatically feel like a "Promi"!
It is definately a very mixed crowd and an interesting place for people watching.
If you intend to go there - let me know!

Was planning on going when my man gets here in the middle of Novemeber. If theres no entry fee, i assume the drinks will bite a hole in your wallet is that right? what sort of time should we turn up on a friday night, to ensure a good time without feeling like sardines??
Ok, alos seen that someone said u have to be 21 to get in, at 20 am i likely to get checked?? (my bloke is 23)

@chewy
the good thing about 8seasons is that despite the posh people drinks are still reasonably priced. I think the beer is around 4 bucks and cocktails go around 8-9 euros.
@bella
not so sure about the DJ hell thing. I am just not tough enough for that that music I guess. (or don't have the money for the needed drugs)
Available for all other mischief though. Weekend in Benztown is coming up but after that I need to hit some TT event again.
