I've paid 120€ for Munich-Manchester. Which is 20€ more than I paid last year. I could have got it for a lot less, but I dont want to fly back on New Years Day.

That's a good price for Manchester though, or how far in advance did you book it?

i hope you got an ok deal if you just booked now. i paid about 250€ more than i should have. i think it was also fly.de that had a deal for around 560€ dec 22nd to jan 12th from hannover to pdx via amsterdam and seattle on klm. and i think it was on alaskan from sea to pdx. the arrival was around 5pm, which still seems like a reasonable time. i saw this offer like 1 week after i had bought by ticket it was posted for about a week, then it dissapeared again, and the lowest prices i saw were about what i paid.

Ticket home isn't at Christmas: 70€ Munich>Edinburgh>Munich on Sleazy soon
"Christmas" flights: RTW ticket just under 1100€, Virgin/Air NZ/Lufthansa: Munich>London>SF>Auckland>Wellington>Sydney>Wellington>Auckland>Tokyo>London>Munich
And I don't know whether to take Lowa boots, Tevas or both. And yes I have housesitters and nothing worth nicking.

Yours sincerely had to get to London last Thursday on the hurry up, so it cost me £250 with Lufthansa when I booked on Tuesday.
Slight problem however when I rocked up at the check-in and they pointed out that I had in fact booked online for NEXT Thursday.
This is possibly the reason I also don't have shoes with laces that need to be tied.

I've paid €104 for Munich-Stansted with Air Berlin. Much cheaper than Sleazy Jet and no fighting for a seat!

JE at least you got the right airport. I've got that wrong before and that was before the days of the internet thingy.
I shall be driving this year. Couldn't be arsed to book a flight and it means I can visit people on the way. Not cheaper than flying though. On the contrary.
