i'm leaving on the first of dec satrday to vienna then home so thought i'd see u so i can thank you all for making my stay in munich easy ,crazy and alcoholic so gotta set some time before sat either tonight or thu or fri night let me know.

danishdixie has asked me to put up a suggestion for the weekend for a place called "trinkhalle" i know nothing about it and im sure i should have done some research but apprently it is a bar

Why don't we mesh with the Thursday night lot like last week. Would save some hassle. I can't do Friday for sure, Football then I'm picking my parents up from the airport.

Terryn and I will be at Thursday definately. But we're also open for Friday festivities. Should be a good weeeekend

Nachtgalerie had some sort of party on this weekend with entry 6.50 before 23.30. We went there last week though... Still it's cheap and now its even CHEAPER! Only this time I shall take more notice of where I am rolling so I don't turn into mud monster again.

I mean clearly, drink was never in question. But we need someplace to go tonight...I say we save Nachtgalerie for tomorrow night. As for tonight I say we give this place a try: SÜDSTADT. It's got table soccer (aka. table football, aka. kicker) plus comfy leather couches. (Or at least that's what I hear). And I say we meet around 8. ANYway, that's my "2 cents". What's everyone else in for?

just a quick question, is there a STRICT dress code for clubs in munich or is it just like smart casual, like a shirt, jeans and shoes sort of thing.

Most places are smart casual, or just plain casual.

Dress code is like any city, it depends on what type of club you go to.

Some are really strict but the places we go are casual.

A few of us will be heading to The Ark tonight for a joint Football (Soccer (i.e. real football) to you americans) / Pub Quiz venture.

If anyone wants to come along please feel free. We should be heading there for about 7:30 - 8:00ish. If you're coming for the quiz it might be useful to let us know so we can make sure we have an even number since teams of 4 are required.
