Would I be able to rent out apartments in Leipzig with Oven heating?

I would be hoping for 2 euro per m2 cold (eg. 90 euro pcm, 45m2), plus 1 euro per m2 NC. Central East location,
about 2 to 3km from the HB?

Rents are so low in Leipzig for renovated stuff with Central heating, that I wondered if OH still got a look in?

Hi Joe,

I see you have your Sarah Beeny specs on again. Your best bet would be students or English teachers. Have you had any success yet?
