Hi
I need to find some Suet in order to make the Christmas Pudding and want to find somewhere that sells parsnips too!
Anyone have any ideas??

Ah, Katrina's first post was about suet.

The local market.
My wife slices them lengthwise and then deep fries just like chips. Not sure if first dipped into flour. Quite edible that way
