Hi,

Just been looking at online websites that have food stuff from M&S etc for X-mas.

This place seems to be the most reasonable and cheapest shipping. £9.20 for up to 30kg.

Obviously if you don't want M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury etc there are shops here selling other English brands but just thought I'd let you know in case it was useful to anyone.

Cheers,

Wys..

Bye the way where do you recommend for English food shopping online here in Germany. I've read the previous threads but just wanted people's up to date personal opinions. Ta.

Food from Home have in my experience the cheapest prices/postage, and if you want something which is not in their shop they will do their best to get it for you.

Best is when mum does the shopping and mails it to you. excl. fresh stuff of course.

Mmmh problem is my Mum's not in the UK and my Sister probably wouldn't want to the hassle! The theory's good though! :-)

@Chicken pie - I'll try them. It's good to have a recommendation.

Cheers,

Wys..

I've had stuff from the British Corner shop before, they were good (and the p&p is now cheaper at 9.99 GBP), though some of the stuff didn't have a long Best Before Date. (Which wasn't a huge problem as the stuff didn't last long anyway.)

@mulah,

Ta for that. I'll have a look, although I'm nearly up to the weight limit on britishfooddirect. Couldn't help getting a bit carried away! biggrin.gif

Just thought I'd let you know that my parcel arrived very quickly with great customer service. So if you're missing M&S etc and haven't got visitors arriving... tongue.gif

Cheers Wys...
