I am looking for some certain foods so that we can cook a Thanksgiving dinner next week. I see a lot of stuff for British Food shops, but where might I find Stuffing, Pumpkin Pie filling, Bisquick mix, and then im also looking for a Turkey, ive heard maybe I can order from a meat shop, anyone have experience with this?

Hi Sweet,

You can find canned pumpkin filling at the Downtown Karstat. They have a lot of American food products there. I usually go every few months and buy Pam. I am not sure about stuffing mix as I always make mine home made (if you are stuck I have a very simple recipe for you) As for the Turkey, I know that you can buy frozen Turkey at REAL and Toom food stores and indeed you can order from a butcher. biggrin.gif

We ordered our turkey fresh from the butcher dept of Edeka last year. It was the BEST turkey we've ever had! They will charge you 6 euro per kilo. But I'm telling you - it's worth it. Call them ASAP. It takes a 4-5 days for them to order it.
