Can anybody help me?
My DSL keeps disconnecting itself while I am on the internet.
I think it maybe after I updated the fritz box.

Is it definitely the connection from the FritzBox to the internet, and not the wireless connection from the computer to the FritzBox (assuming it's wireless)? I had problems with my wi-fi connection dropping out, but I thinkit was interference from other wi-fi networks in the house/area. I changed the channel my FritzBox was using and that seemed to fix it.

i upgraded on t-online and now have only itermittent signal. I had an engineer out here fot 6 hours trying to fix it and no joy. Bloody DT!
Silly Point
I've had similar problems ever since 'upgrading' (Ha!) my connection to 4DSL. Beginning of the month (like clockwork) I get frequent synchronisation problems that drop my connection. So I ring up 1&1, they contact Telekom and hey Presto in a day or two it's all working fine again. Until the next month. I've had a telekom engineer check my wiring at home and everything is fine here, so they obviously fiddle with something at the exchange to fix the problem, but will not admit to me what the problem is.

It's a Fritzbox SL not wireless.

It says Local area connection changed, when it disconnects.

Then taking about 1 minute to reconnect
