Being reported unfairly to social services

Maybe you misunderstood my statement or there was not enough context. I was talking the in past historic. I am under no illusions now about the state and future of our relations with our neighbours! I absolutely take Gideon's line about nuking them through the system. We know very well what it means to have bad relations with neighbours as the situation with the family on the other side of the fence is absolutely no better. Is it us or is it them, I can hear you asking. Doesn't matter how innocent you are, when the shit flies you get spattered. Apart from the absolutely vile neighbours we had good reasons for staying here. What we also feared is that if we made trouble we would be invited to leave by our house owners because our owner is a good and longstanding friend of the family nextdoor. We fully expect the rent to be doubled any moment or for them to say they want to sell the house! The end is obviously nigh but we want to go in our own good time.

I have now reported them to the police for longstanding night disturbance, egg and tomato artwork and for reporting us unfairly to the Sozialamt. The trouble is the copper I spoke to said I could not Anzeige anstatten because there was no firm evidence and he only made an entry in the station diary. Which achieves absolutely nothing. He did say I should call them the next time there was havoc at night though and that they would come by. I gave the woman next door a verbal nuking yesterday when I saw her and told her I had been to the police. Last night was the quietest night we have had in a decade.
