Meetup in Nuremberg for a few beers

Hi All,

I have just quickly popped out of the Central Germany Forum.

I will be in Nuremberg from the 17th November - the 21st November.

Does anyone want to meetup for a few beers.

Ha try and organise a curry night in Nürnberg and see where it gets. It gets you eating alone thats where it gets you.

I would indeed be willing to meetup this evening. Nürnberg will be pretty manic as there's a football match on tonight with some English club. I'm totally not into football, and want to get away from that.

The Mount Lawinia is a Jakobsplatz, and is an Ayuverdic, Sri Lankan restuarant, but does the best curry in town. Was thinking of going there for 20:30ish. I'm PMed you my mobile number Seby.

Another friend had proposed a Thai night, but has pulled out because off too much work.

So the Meetup is happening for This Sunday (Editor Bob please can you change the title).

I propose a time of 18.30. However i don't really know of a good place for the meetup
so any suggestions would be great. Hopefully somewhere in the altstadt.

I did some googling and checked out where your hotel is located, Malikos, and looked for pubs in the area. It does turn out that Finnegan's, by Hauptbahnhof, seems to be the closest.

So I'd suggest Finnegan's, it's nice and central. Other suggestions?

Finnegans is a great spot to meet up, but gets a little crowded when there's a big sports event on TV, since it's also a great place to watch a game. I would say to go to Finnegans, and as an alternative the King's Arms Pub is nearby. -Peter
