We were connected to AOL Phone Box and for a week we had no telephone or internet connection. According to the service department AOL has sold to a company named Alice. We had paid for a router through AOL and found out that it would not work. Therefore, we had to go out and buy a Fritz phone box. The service department is so busy with customers calling. We had one service person telling us we had to do this and we did and nothing worked. Another service representative told us to buy a new box. We did and now I have internet, but I have been waiting for hours for an email from them giving me a special code so that my phone will work. I just can't understand how these changes can take place without the customers being advised. I have been with AOL for many years and have always thought highly of them. Why hasn't the public been advised???
