Well, I've been feeling poorly the last few days, but I expect to be OK for games tomorrow. Could we make it a social game night instead of strategy? Maybe a party game, cards, scrabble?
I'd prefer Frieda's (the owner is so nice to us) but I could go to Cafe May if the majority prefers.

I doubt that I will be able to do games this week. It is very busy for us as we are packing and loading this week. Somethings have not been going as planned so we are quite stressed.

However, we will be in a hotel downtown on the weekend. Maybe we could have a final get-together on Saturday evening?

I can commit to anything at this point yet though.

We're having plans for the evening, but what if we'd maybe say for a coffee in the late afternoon?

Just to clarify my previous post:
We are in a hotel next weekend (actually from July 24 till July 29).
So the Saturday I can probably meet is July 26.

It would be nice if we could have one more game night. I'm packing a couple of my favourite games to bring with us, so I'll have a few at the hotel.

The night of the 26th my dad will be in town. What if we planned to have a big mixed group game night that night? We have a lot of games as well, and could have a few tables. Anyone interested?

@Figgy, if we want to have a big group, where should we have it?

A big group sounds fun. Not sure where to have it though. Maybe there's a lounge or something in our hotel. I could let you know after we check in.

Hammonia says she knows of a good Bavarian place downtown that is great for big crowds. She said she would find out if they mind us playing games. I was thinking perhaps we don't have to play anything too serious but could play some fun group and party games. We would be a definite 4.

@Figgy, what games do you still have? I really want to teach my father and his girlfriend Siedler, and Hammonia needs to learn too!

We were planning on eating there.
I only had room to bring a few games. I have Agricola (boardgame, 2-5 players), Race for the Galaxy, Tichu, (both are card games 2-4 players) and a regular deck of cards.
I don't have any party games or games for larger groups. And the games that I have are not really easy games either...So feel free to bring something you have that you like to play.

I am sorry we didn't make it last night. We were so tired! Did you still end up going?

Anyone up for games this week or next? I am available afternoons and evenings.

I know there is a current thread running to play Wizard in the afternoons, but I know Hammonia, Hamburg Koala and others are not available during the day, so I thought I'd see if anyone is interested in having a game night in the next week or two?

A weekend might be nice but during the week is okay too. I think Matt will probably want to come so let's say boys are welcome! =0)

I would like to suggest a meeting to play games in Eimsbuettel one weekday night from Monday October 6th to Friday October 10th. For a big crowd I suggest Cafe May, but if it's just a few people perhaps we could have it at one of our houses.

@Poppins - Does this work for you? Do you think Thomas would be interested or be available?
