Hello all,im a random Welsh man who has lived in Krefeld for the last 3 years.As my title suggest im looking for fellow expats in the area who may like too meet up and enjoy a beer or ten now and again??

I´m not living in Krefeld and I´m not a native English speaker, but I´m living around the corner in Mönchengladbach and I´m doing an english study course which means, I hardly speak German during the daytime
I´d like to meet new people as well, because I just moved here some weeks ago and apart from some students and my room mate, I don´t know anyone..
So feel free to contact me!

welcome to TT. I live in Bottrop near Oberhausen and like you I'm also from Wales, Burry Port exactly but I've been living here a long time now. I think though that Krefeld is a bit far away.

Joking aside, if you are still looking for somebody to speak your lovely language with let us know and we could meet up in town for a beer or two.
We've been living quite few years up in Scotland but we are back in Germany since 2002.
To all the other ones who asked about, Krefeld is a nice small town, I like it quite a lot.

if you are still interested, I would love to meet up... I am German but after having lived in the UK for 2 years I am back now in my old hometown... Krefeld. I miss England like crazy and - as I said before - would love to have a pint with you and other people from the island...
