Telephone lines down in Lehel - 29.Oct.2007
Anywhere else? Update: Nationwide disturbance
Our office telephone lines in Lehel are down, we can only reach certain numbers (among them the London office ), others, all of them inner-German numbers, only get a quick beepbeepbeepbeep - landline, cell phone and fax. Telekom is aware of the problem and working on it. Connections to the internet are not affected.

It possibly has something to do with the roadworks on the Maximillianstr maybe they hit a cable. They had dug one hell of a big hole today when I was there.
We have VOIP here, and cannot make any outside calls. It appears to be a major Telekom problem.
A mail came around that our company offices within Germany have telephone issues including that one cannot reach mobile phones...
Sounds more like a failed software upgrade on one of the local exchange switches..
our phone is kaputt too... can't call out or receive calls... so we sen a meldung throught he tcom site and just got a mail back that its a bundesweit störung!
