Quick and effective job searching in Munich

Hi people

Here goes another request. Please share your views/opinions...

What are the effective and quick channels through which a job can be secured in Munich.

Which portals will offer a wide range of jobs for english-speaking (no German, yet) people?

The site also needs to be in English as I am tired of copying the text and then translating it first to understand if it is a job that suits my skillset to begin with!

ps: I am keeping a track of the job listings on Toytown...

Thanks, but like I said in my original post, the Toytown job section is already something I am tracking regularly...but thanks none the less.
