Where to go for consumer protection

Hi,

I've had a shocker of an experience with the Audioline internet phones that I bought when I was living in Munich. They're all under warranty but Audioline have been completely unhelpful. Unfortunately, I'm now in North America and so can't take them back to Media Markt in Haidhausen which is where I bought them

I'd like to lodge a complaint with whatever consumer protection organizations/courts there exists in Germany. Can someone suggest who the appropraite authority is?
