Good Day Everybody,

I am NOT an EU citizen and therefore I run my GmbH here in Germany with an "Aufenthaltserlaubnis." My 1-year Aufenthaltserlaubnis will expire at the end of November; I will need to visit the local Auslandersamt to have it renewed. My business is NOT going well at all and my residency in Germany depends on the performance of my GmbH. As far as I know, nothing on Aufenthaltserlaubnis renewal is written in stone. I would like to take the opportunity to see any "in the know" Toytowners might have answers to the following questions:

-What documents should I present at the time of residence permit renewal application?
-What potential headaches will arise during my residence permit renewal application?
-What will happen next if my request for residence permit renewal is not granted?
-In what circumstance I will receive an order to leave Germany when the result of the residence permit renewal application is not NOT in my favor?
