Buying a small apartment in Hamburg
Advice on financing this, getting a loan, etc.
Would like to use your kind and good experience to assist me. The story is that I will be in Hamburg for about two years and I prefer to buy a small flat which of course its size depends on price, loan condition, and such. I have no idea, neither in price nor places, so it would be much appreciated to get some by this way.
do you wanna sell the flat after 2 years...
if so.. IMOP:
after tax, notary(Notar), broker(makler), renovation, etc etc...
it wouldn´t be worth buying! NOT for 2 years
