Where to buy a comb binder and combs

OK, so next item on the search for office equipment is a comb binder and combs to produce some nice looking Info Packs for an Expo we are attending.

Does anyone know the cheapest place to lay our hands on such an item or better still, can someone please lend us such a machine for just a week please?

Would be mucho grateful and a few beers would be the reward, please help us out.
