A hint. Try to get your monitor located away from entrances to your office. When I was surfing TT first thing in the morning in the Oberhaching office when I worked, I always had a dull looking window ready for unexpected visits from the boss. Used to happily spend a good half houre to an hour first thing on TT whilst waiting for the strong coffee to wake me up.

Boss Keys are quite common. Wistinga is an example of free, open source software which allows you to hide named windows (e.g. those with the text "Toytown Germany" in the title) on your desktop at the touch of a key.

but what if your bosses are the ones on TT?? Do they need an employee key?
