Getting a small bank loan in Cologne

Hey, I would like to get a small loan and I am living in Köln.
I would like to know how difficult it is to get a loan here. I am on a contract, and would only like to get a 2 grand loan. I am wondering also if anybody can recommend a bank with small interest loans.

I'm guessing that a loan of this size is most easily done via current account overdraft (a tad expensive, but it's probably not worth the effort for the bank to negotiate another kind of loan at lower interest if the amount is so small).
