According to the Welt Kompakt somebody was giving away for free this morning, a total of 8 stands (most of them ice cream stalls where business isn't exactly booming at the moment) have been given special permission to sell Glühwein until the weather gets warmer/ better (that is, of course, assuming it might)...
I personally like the idea of this... Glühwein is just what's needed at the mo in my opinion!
