Anybody fancy a meet up in the zoo tomorrow afternoon?
Late invite I know but forcast is good and I'd like to try and get a trip in before the polar bears get their favourite time of the year.
Jeremy and I are up for it. If anybody else fancies meeting up I would expect to be there around lunch time. Jeremy probably a bit later.
My kids are 2 and 4.
*I need to check with a collegue in the US that I can get tomorrow off. Shouldn't be a problem but I will confirm the trip around 2pm when he gets into work*

I might be able to do thursday, if tomorrow doesn't work out.
Game on for tomorrow. Looks like the weather should be fantastic which isn't the case later in the week.
I would like to do this but cant get there until 2pm, is that too late?
2pm should be fine.
I can't leave Roseheim until late morning anyway and Jeremy is picking his daughter up from kindergarden 12.30is anyway.
Just checking where to meet...
Right. 2 PM at the elephant house is the meeting place.
Bump.
Anybody else up for it?
It's going to get cold soon...

I was going to try and make it but my husband is off ill today.
However, if he gets (more) sick of my Florence Nightingale impression, we'll be there.

We are coming!

its a lovely day for the zoo!
Was lovely to meet up and was fun watching all the boys play!! We didn't see many animals though
Really was a nice afternoon. You were laughing though, 8 males all to yourself.
Your kids were great fun. Matti already wants to meet up again so he obviously enjoyed the rough and tumble at the end. I've just got them to bed in record time as well so I could do this every week.

Hey I can't tell you both how much fun I had today with you all. The kids enjoyed it also! Shall we do Blindham next?

Sounds like you all had great fun, I'm sorry I missed it!
Let me know about next week though I've got my mother arriving then.
Where is Blindham? It's not on the search function.

http://www.bergtierpark.de/2_3.htmlIt's about halfway between Munich and Rosenheim.
It has a really nice bar overlooking the mountains. You'll like it.
The playground is also really good.
Apparantly there are also animals but my 2 haven't really spent any time looking at them. Bit like the zoo.

Just what are you implying? 'I will like the bar?'
Is the establishment a resourceful and educational environment in which my children can be stimulated and motivated to learn about nature in all it's glory?

That goes without saying.
The beauty is you can see almost the whole place from the bar/restaurant at the top. If your kids are wearing bright clothes then you can see them from about 800 meters away.
Well my pictures are poor. One half good one.
I have one of g24 that I won't use as I'm sure I'd get more than a drop kick through facebook if I did...

What has that got to do with last year's visit to the zoo?
