Hi all, my name is Zane Charron and I'm a
professional guitarist and
experienced guitar instructor who recently moved to Munich and is now accepting students. I play and teach in a variety of styles including beginners, rock, heavy metal, folk, fingerstyle, jazz, country, etc. I'm located in Berg am Laim in East Munich (Tram 19 to Baumkirchner Strasse or S2/S4 to Berg am Laim).
I'm a very patient teacher who is great with kids and adults alike. We can learn to read notes and music theory or just learn to play the guitar! So far I have two satisfied students from Toytown alone.
My rate is 15 Euros per private 30 minute lesson or 25 Euros for a full hour (housecalls are also available). Please contact me with any questions via
z_charron@hotmail.com. Also check out
http://www.myspace.com/zanecharronmusic to listen to some of my music and see where I'm playing next in the area.

Hey, I know this guy, I take guitar lessons from him. If you want a guitar teacher i seriously recommend that you check with Zane and see if he's got openings. He's also one heck of a musician, i've seen a couple of his gigs. I really enjoy his method of teaching, not to mention he's an all around super nice guy! Have Fun!

I´d also like to give Zane an enthusiastic two thumbs up!
He´s an excellent player and teacher, and really tailors his lessons to the individual. Whatever style you want to learn, whether you want to learn chord-theory and to read music, or just enough to impress people at a party, I´d recommend giving him a shout.

I'd like to add to all the praise by saying that Zane is a great teacher. I'm amazed at how fast I've been learning, even though I had never really laid my hands on a guitar before I started taking lessons with him. He adapts lessons to your level of progress, and so far I've always left the lesson feeling encouraged and yearning to practice as soon as I get home (which says a lot, because I'm an incredibly lazy person by nature). Highly recommended

Guitar lessons are a great gift to give someone for the holidays!
Whether they are a complete beginner or someone that simply wants to improve their playing or learn songs, a set of 2-4 lessons with an experienced instructor (such as myself!) will get them headed in the right direction.
Please inquire with any questions you may have. Happy Holidays!

I have been having guitar lessons with Zane for several months now and can definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good teacher.
Hi,
I had been playing guitar for sometime but the techniques were not really up to the mark

. Then I started lessons from Zane. He is indeed a professional guitarist and an instructor with fantastic teaching techniques. His in-depth knowledge of music and great techniques have made much improvements in my performance.
Highly recommended

, if you want to develop or enhance your guitar skills

I am a real student Twoche and I can confirm that Zane is a fantastic guitar teacher. I have zero music knowledge and a short attention span when it comes to learning new hobbies but Zane has been very patient and knows how to teach a tone-deaf guy like me. He mixes some theory with lots of interesting guitar exercises, so the lessons are never boring. He is also very flexible with the lesson schedules, cos I work and often need to reschedule lessons. If you want to learn the guitar, contact Zane. If you want to slander someone, go somewhere else!

my 14 year old has been having lessons with Zane since January and actually goes enthusiastically without any prompting from me (even in the holidays).
I even hear him practicing voluntarily. Zane is a great teacher and makes the lessons fun, tailoring them to the age/ability he is teaching. I would certainly recommend him to anyone, infact I have already.

My 8 year old daughter has never had guitar lessons from Zane, but can highly-recommend him as a deeply patient and professional teacher. We have never checked out his MySpace page, but he is 100% certain to be an excellent and talented musician too. She has never even seen a guitar, but, we can assure you, that he is a bonafide all-round jolly good egg (although I've never met him) and he also makes a mean spanish omelette (whilst doing his own laundry). :-)
