Blind clubs and organizations in NRW

Does anyone know of NRW-based (especially in or close to Düsseldorf or Cologne) organizations or clubs for the blind? Any sort of groups that provide assistance, social organizing, etc, would be great. Even a listserv or some other way to contact the blind community here. Thanks!
