What to do with leftover Oktoberfest coupons

The vouchers are not entirely worthless

prijks
I just came across the following link:

Wohin mit übriggebliebenen Wiesn-Marken?

I don't have any leftovers myself, but it seems most tents give you an option to trade them in or use them at their restaurants.

Link is in German (couldn't find an English equivalent), but you should at least be able to match a tent name to an address. Looks like most places will only honor them until the end of October, though.

Thats a great link. I was in a panic on the last day trying to use a FV voucher that had clearly printed on it, only for the duration of the Wiesn etc. I did use it in the end though.

I nominate prijks as Good Samaritan of the day. Kind of crappy though that only Armbrustschützenzelt deducts 20% from the face value of the vouchers ("abzüglich 20% des Wertes").

It's probably because their normals prices are raised by 20% for the Wies'n in the first place?

Ours have that printed on them too but the website says we can still use them. That's great, I was sure they were worthless now!

Just used ours from Armbrustschützenzelt last night at the Ayinger across from Hofbrauhaus. Food was excellent, I give top recommendation for the schnitzel!

I have never had any left-over bier coupons, but did give-away 3 or 4 Essen tickets for der Hippodrom last year. Great food there!

Our household udually ends up with quite a few tickets from various locations due to pub connections.
We usually give them away to aquiantances or even strangers near the end of the Wies'n.
