Fraunhoferstr U Bahn, at the eastern end on the platform.
Think also at Hbf.

I've googled but found nothing so far.

There's one in Hohenzollernplatz, I can snap it

What resolution? My digital camera is 2M pixels, so the image is normally between 500 and 700k bytes.
