Logged in today to find a 'survey' requesting my height and shoe size. Anybody else get this?
If it's a school kid doing stats homework, fine. But did anyone help out only to receive requests for further measurements?

I got that one a while ago, I told them my shoe size and height, and didn't receive any further PMs. I thought it was genuine, because why would someone want to know my height and shoe size (besides the fact that my height is visible on my Myspace profile for example anyway) for another reason, and even if it was a fetish of some kind, gosh, who cares, it's just my height and shoe size, something anyone who met me could estimate, not something very personal and secret.
Hmmm yes, I replied too. Likewise, I don't find my height or shoe size to be of the personal and revealing sort of information. Besides, I like surveys.

Ah, well, color me paranoid. I once agreed to a 'phone survey, which quickly headed ... south.
167cm, 37 shoe, in case the surveyer is reading.
