DK, might that be Betten Rid?
Carm
Kaufhof at Karlspl has them in the basement.
Panama
It may be a problem to buy very large ones though. I've been looking around for 180x220 and it's damn difficult to find them. And don't even think about finding 220x240 duvet covers. So far, I've only found them in Ikea. If you know somewhere else, let me know.

Good deals at Betten Rid?...hardly...bloody expensive if you ask me! Good quality though so I suppose you pay for what you get...

Yes, Kaufhof at Karlsplatz Stachus has a wide selection at reasonable prices... Karstadt Oberpollinger is also good.
