Pub quiz at Murphy's Law in Mannheim - Germany

every Tuesday from 8.30pm there is a pub quiz at Murphy's Law in Mannheim, the Irish pub near the Hauptbahnhof.

The quiz is conducted in both English and German. A group of us from TT go along most weeks. If anyone else would like to join us the more the merrier. It's only for fun and a good excuse to meet up.

So, a week today, 1st July, Canada day... who is in?

I hope to make it... but, as I keep saying, no promises yet!

my guess is that Canada might be a topic!!!

We had Canada before... one of the questions was "which day is Canada day?"

It was the quiz in which I managed to make up an extra province so lost the point despite naming all provinces and territories!

I'm new here, but I would like to come along this week!

We'll be away for the next four weeks, but we are fully into it when we get back. We'll be studying the entire time so we'll be able to contribute.

More importantly, wine fest season is here, and there already have been some good ones (or so my hangover says). When we get back we'll be able to host. Deidesheimerfest is notoriously good. And the bike day along the Weinstrasse is truly awesome (but on a Sunday). Will post more on that when we're back.

I also spoke to olives the other day she says she'll be there as well this week on her own.
